Custom Orders

If you're interested in a personalized design just for you, or if you would like something you've seen in our shop in a different size or color, don't hesitate to contact us! We love custom orders and we're happy to work with you to create something to your specifications. We also offer discounts on bulk orders, which includes custom orders, ideal for if you need party favors, wedding favors, etc.

You can contact us with any questions, comments or special requests you may have.

• Large Custom Orders will be subject to a non-refundable down payment.

Payment Options

Please note that Bits n Beads by Gilliauna will wait for all payments to clear before shipping your order.

CREDIT CARDS

On this site, all payments are processed through through PayPal.

We also process credit card payments through Amazon Payments, Google Checkout and PayPal via our other online market locations. Each of the online markets listed on the left will take one or more of these methods of payment and, via Etsy, you can pay by credit card without signing up for a PayPal account if you prefer as well. If you have a preference in which processor handles your transaction, please let us know and we'll be happy to accommodate you.

LAYAWAY

Shipping

Unless otherwise arranged, all orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail with delivery confirmation.

If you prefer another method of shipment, please contact us and we'll work out another method of shipment.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING is available at reasonable rates that are listed in each item's description for each of our online marketplace venues. Please note that we are not responsible for any VAT/Customs fees that may be related to your order nor will we help you in illegally circumventing these fees if they are applicable to you. Falsifying customs declarations or having an item marked as "gift" in order to avoid customs fees is classified as Mail Fraud and is a felony.

Refunds and Exchanges

Items can be returned for store credit (less shipping charges) if shipped back within 14 days of the delivery date. Or, if you prefer, the item can be altered and we will then return it to you – all you’ll pay is shipping involved.

For alterations or repairs to an item, please contact us. After the 14 day period, repairs and alterations may include a small handling and materials charge.
