Custom Orders

If you're interested in a personalized design just for you, or if you would like something you've seen in our shop in a different size or color, don't hesitate to contact us! We love custom orders and we're happy to work with you to create something to your specifications. We also offer discounts on bulk orders, which includes custom orders, ideal for if you need party favors, wedding favors, etc.

You can contact us with any questions, comments or special requests you may have.

• Large Custom Orders will be subject to a non-refundable down payment.

Payment Options

Please note that Bits n Beads by Gilliauna will wait for all payments to clear before shipping your order.

CREDIT CARDS and DEBIT

All of our online market locations accept direct payment via Credit Card or any Debit card that has a credit card logo on the card. Whether you are shopping in in our Etsy or Artfire location, simply choose this option in your shopping cart at checkout and you will be prompted to provide your information for payment.

PAYPAL and AMAZON PAYMENTS

PayPal is accepted on Etsy as a part of the checkout process.At this moment, we are not able to accept payment via Amazon Payments.

MONEY ORDERS

We accepts **only** USPS (United States Postal Service) issued money orders. Please contact me prior to check out to make arrangements concerning this method of payment.

Shipping

Unless otherwise arranged, all orders are shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays via USPS First Class mail with delivery confirmation.

If you prefer another method of shipment, please contact us and we'll work out another method of shipment.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING is available at reasonable rates that are listed in each item's description for each of our online marketplace venues. Please note that we are not responsible for any VAT/Customs fees that may be related to your order nor will we help you in illegally circumventing these fees if they are applicable to you. Falsifying customs declarations or having an item marked as "gift" in order to avoid customs fees is classified as Mail Fraud and is a felony.

We DO NOT ship to South American countries (such as Mexico, Brazil, etc) or Australia due to persistent delivery issues.

Refunds and Exchanges

Items can be returned for store credit (less shipping charges) if shipped back within 14 days of the delivery date. Or, if you prefer, the item can be altered and we will then return it to you – all you’ll pay is shipping involved.

For alterations or repairs to an item, please contact us. After the 14 day period, repairs and alterations may include a small handling and materials charge.
