After my Grandmother passed away in 2009 very suddenly, I decided that I was going to purchase a rosary to keep with me to remind me of her, her spirituality & of the beautiful person she was.

I checked out many stores, both on-line and in my city, I even looked on ebay. Everything looked mass produced & tacky (big no no's as far as my grandmother was ever concerned) When I looked on Etsy I saw a similar rosary to the image I had in my mind, and contacted her inquiring about a custom rosary.

Gilliauna was incredibly thorough & dedicated - she immediately responded to any questions or concerns that I had, and allowed me to choose the exact items I wanted on this piece - she even went as far as to make a special trip herself to find the cross I wanted on the rosary.

The beads on the rosary are symbolic of my Grandma's Birthstone (ruby), and black (my favorite color), the rosary features a cross which has flowers on it, which is perfect as my grandma had such a passion for flowers, and for me the idea of having an actual crucifix on the rosary would take away from the point.

The Rosary I received shortly after we began speaking is perfect. Not a piece of of place, and somehow between the two of us I believe that we actually were able to capture a piece of my grandmother, & for that I am forever grateful.

Gilliauna, you are such a good person, and I believe you will go far in life, thank you so much for your hardwork & dedication - I know my Grandma would be very please with the person who made her "custom rosary memorial".

They were absolutely perfect! They arrived just a few days after order was placed in careful packaging to ensure safe arrival.
